Connect HubSpot

Connect your Paydro organization to HubSpot and understand event synchronization.

Paydro provides a HubSpot connection for organizations. An organization administrator authorizes it through a browser OAuth flow. This connection is separate from authentication to the Paydro API.

Connect your organization

1. Sign in to Paydro with company administrator access and select the correct organization.

2. Open the organization’s Integrations page and choose the HubSpot connection.

3. Sign in to the appropriate HubSpot account and review the requested access.

4. Return to Paydro and check that HubSpot is shown as connected.

Authorization must return through the same authenticated organization context. If you cancel the provider flow or the state expires, restart from Paydro rather than reusing a callback URL.

Event workflow

The event Integrations page reports the HubSpot connection. Paydro’s synchronization associates event attendees with a marketing event in HubSpot. The integration is handled by Paydro; an API GET request does not itself run a HubSpot synchronization.

Check synchronization

Verify one authorized test event in the intended HubSpot account and check the contact/event association. Confirm that names and addresses represent the expected attendees. Match contacts using the supported integration behavior and do not assume every custom field is automatically mapped.

Reconnect and troubleshoot

Use Re-Connect on the company Integrations page when authorization is revoked or the connected account changes. Check administrator access, provider permissions, and event eligibility before reporting a missing event. Contact support with sanitized event and timing information.
